I’m Juli, a residential designer and renovation consultant specializing in preparing homes for the market and for everyday living.

With a 10 year background in both real estate and design, I approach each project with a clear understanding of buyer behavior—prioritizing the improvements that consistently drive demand, shorten time on market, and protect return on investment.

My work ranges from strategic updates and staging to full renovations, always guided by the home’s architecture, the client’s goals, and a disciplined sense of restraint. The objective is never excess or a one-size-fits-all approach, but design that is specific to each home and executed through smart, cost-aware decisions.

I manage projects from concept through completion in collaboration with long-standing, licensed teams, ensuring clear communication, reliability, and thoughtful execution at every stage.

At its core, my work is not only about selling and buying homes but about creating homes that feel welcoming, elevated, and quietly compelling—spaces buyers respond to immediately and owners are proud to call their own.
