I’m Juli, I specialize in thoughtful, stylish home transformations that make every space feel elevated, intentional, and beautifully livable. I don’t believe in over-renovating. Sometimes all a home needs is a “glow up” — fresh paint, updated finishes, and curated furniture and decor; other times, a full kitchen or bathroom overhaul is what truly completes the vision. Every design decision is tailored to the home’s architecture, the client’s lifestyle, and the overall aesthetic direction.

My priority is always the client’s happiness. I don’t care if I’m renovating a small condo or custom designing a larger estate, I treat each project with attention and love. Smaller spaces are actually my favorite to re create. I never impose my own style unless I’m specifically asked to. For homes preparing to go on the market, I focus on broad appeal while still embracing moments of uniqueness — because it only takes one buyer to fall in love. A well-executed, distinctive design can often command a stronger price.

For post-sale renovations, I ensure the design reflects the client’s personal taste, not mine. I guide the process closely, helping refine selections so the final result feels both timeless and aligned with today’s design sensibilities.

I work with licensed and insured crews who have completed hundreds of remodels with me — teams who execute with precision, care, and craftsmanship. Many have partnered with me for years. My process is unique in that I manage the remodel from concept to completion, ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity every step of the way.
